By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Nilakanta Tours and Travels. These terms apply to all cab services, tour packages, and travel bookings.
Booking & Confirmation:
Bookings can be made via phone, website, or WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment.
All details provided by the customer must be accurate.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject bookings.
Payments & Pricing:
All prices are based on the selected package, vehicle type, and distance.Additional charges may apply for:
- Toll Charges
- Parking Charges
- State Permits
- Driver Allowance
- Customers must pay applicable charges during or after the trip.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation must be informed in advance.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing:
- Before 24 hours: Minimal charges
- Within 24 hours: Partial charges
- After trip start: No refund
- No-show bookings will be charged fully.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- No refund for unused services or last-minute cancellations.
Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Vehicles will be clean, well-maintained, and commercially licensed.
- Drivers are experienced and verified.
- In case of breakdown or emergency, an alternate vehicle will be arranged.
Time & Usage Policy
- Duty hours and kilometers are calculated from garage to garage.
- Extra charges apply for:
- Additional hours
- Extra kilometers
- Night charges may apply (if applicable).
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged.
- Customers must follow driver instructions and safety guidelines.
Liability
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
- Loss of personal belongings
- Any indirect or incidental damages
- Travel is subject to local laws and regulations.
Tour & Package Policy
- Tour itineraries may change due to weather, road, or temple conditions.
- Darshan/ticket availability is not guaranteed unless specified.
- Entry fees and personal expenses are not included unless mentioned.
Changes & Modifications
- Changes to bookings must be requested in advance.
- Last-minute changes may not be accepted or may incur extra charges.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
